Dragon Age: Inquisition Costume Pack PS3

Heyo, I'm just trying to see if anyone else is having the same problem and if it's been solved.
I digitally pre-ordered LBP3 and am currently playing it.. I looked through the "Costumes" section of the Store and noticed the Dragon Age Inquistion pack. When I hover over the individual costumes it shows that they're free, however I cannot add them to my cart, hence I cannot download them. I am able to put the entire pack in my cart, however it will charge me 5.99 otherwise. Anyone know how I can grab my costume pack? |

is it a ps3 copy? I heard that preorder pack only gives you it free on ps4. I could be incorrect about that.

It is a PS3 copy, however as mentioned it even shows the individual costumes being free in store.
