I mean, I myself had no crashes when playing with the update, and I was in create mode the whole time.

No DLC fix guys.

I can't play the game anymore after the patch.....

EDIT: Never mind, I had to wait ~4 mins before something happend. It appears to be working.

My profile was corrupted and all recorded sound from my levels erased. Also the sound recording tool no longer works, so I can't re-record anyway. Also the looping newest levels glitch still persists.

If your profile was corrupted, you can easily go to some community levels out there that offer ALL of the story mode prizes, if it helps.

@SoundFriction if you read the details in the link that was posted, it does say that the dlc issues are supposed to be fixed after the PlayStation store updates.

Wow, half a gigabyte for a patch?! Well, I'm just glad that all of those glitches are being fixed.

Yay new patch! Amazing news imo It will be nice to return creating to LBP this Friday with some more stability ^.^

It's a shame. Most of my published levels rely on it for story telling purposes and now all my recorded sound is erased and cannot be re-recorded. Months of hard work is now sabotaged. I'll just have to lock the levels down until next patch as there is no point playing them without this sound. I waited a long time for this patch only to have it make things worse for me, so how many months until next patch I wonder. I am getting increasingly annoyed with Sumo Digital.

Had hopes that the DLC issue of not realizing I own said DLC be fixed unfortunately it hasn't still holding me back from my costume creating with several unfinished pieces that use those packs I can't get transfer over. Come on it shouldn't be that hard to fix it.

this can happen to any game, even with small stuff patching, one little thing can create more problems than what happened before the patch

I still cannot connect to other users.

I still have issues with my DLC costumes and levels

I still have issues with my pins from LBP2 not showing up in the pins section

I still do not have all the costumes from LBP2 upon xfering my data, I mean, non DLC from the game itself Sebastian is one.

I have a platinum in LBP2... I should have all the story pins... aces etc...

I cannot complete 4x level without connectivity

I still have issues with my pod showing the background from a distance when not connecting correctly to other players, or not showing the background at all and having to navigate by sound.

This is a very broken game still. IMHO there should be some sort of compensation from Sumo and affiliates. Also, where the heck is Run Sackboy Run for vita?

@fatredfu try clearing your costume and having the people you are connecting to clear their costumes. it helps more than you would think

as for the dlc thing. again, the notes say that that should be fixed in the next PlayStation Store update.

the recorded mouth thing is a pretty big issue. but I think the actual recordings are still saved. just not accessible at the moment.

the patch did help with certain issues, but not as much as any of us were hoping for. some of these issues have workarounds. some of you may need to start a new lbp3 profile save for these patches to help. it may even help to go back to your lbp2 profile and clear out everything that you don't really need to make the profile transfer work smoother.

I don't think compensation is necessary, just a game that works. Haven't tried it since the patch but looking at the comments here and on other forums, I don't think I need to.

Run Sackboy Run will never come out for Vita, too much time has passed.

In the DC Comics Level Pack, when you catch the super villains they are wearing black and white striped jumpsuits... where in the game are those found to be worn?

What was the point of the patch if we still don't have dive in? ( We might have it and I just cant find it. I just got back from a long break from LBP3)

For you, at least. But on my side the game doesn't crash nearly as often, and I can actually join people now.

And I never had any DLC issues either.

We all are having different issues with the game.

My worst issue and still not being fixed: Can't play LBP 3 on PS3 because error appears! I'm still forced to play the game on friends Super slim..

I know. But it's the only game that doesn't even launch. It's not my PS3, because I fixed it recently. It recognizes the disc, but won't let me play it >.>

and no scratches? maybe you got a bad copy. you might want to check the warranty info and see if they can help somehow

My main concern is the multiplayer still. Last time I played LBP3, I still had the random disconnects when playing levels, being the pod, on the moon, etc. I don't mind what else happens but they really need to crack down hard on the multiplayer aspect. I know LBP2 had diverging but LBP3 will not only diverge a person but tell me they left multiple times <<

LBP2's online is crap, and so is LBP3's.
