Hi folks

currently working on a major project. Time to clean up my earth. So, got rid of two adventure-maps, that hardly got any plays. But one of them contained a level, that was too good to waste.

So here it is, slightly remastered as a glorious stand-alone-level.

A Blazing Night.

Jump into your official Fire dept. Hot Rod and extinguish all the fires in Hemitown before your time runs out.

Just wanted to let you know i took a look at this in LittleBite-sizedPlanet episode 011.

Long story short, i really appreciate the effort that went into the Fire Engine, and generally thought it was a cool environment; but i couldn't really figure out why i kept on stopping, and why i didn't keep my bonus at the end. Still, i had a fun time with it, the style is quite different from what i usually play.

Thanks for the neat level!

Thanks a lot for reviewing my level.

You are right, I shold have given some more instructions.

I will post an update, I think.

I watched your video. Now, there is two nozzles. The one to the front and the one that goes to the background to put out fires in the back layers.
To operate that one efficiently, you need to switch cameras with arrow-buttons.

Now, you cannot go over burning debris in front of you. That's what the front nozzle's for. But you have to aim right. Sometimes you need to go back a little to manage to hit it.

The main objective is to put out all the fires (yes ALL) in the given time.
Oh, and some things might explode, if you take to long to extinguish them.

Thank you for putting together a fun and intricate level!

i guess the thing that got me was the truck just stopping without warning, i felt a little like i was out of control of the level. i hadn't realized the back nozzle was only for background fires, but that was all on me. i'm going to have to go back and give it another play and see if i can't do a better job of it.

Thanks again! Have a fine day, and happy creating!
