I'm new at making music I have only 3 songs. Which 2 stink. Should I keep then two bad ones?

May as well keep them, always good to have as many songs as possible!

I think an ample catalog for a Music hub/Gallery is about 10- above. Creators need an aple selection & finding the perfect tune for their master piece.

You should keep them, just do like a part of the hub saying "Songs that hate me"

You could keep them and then ask a friend to do a remix of your song! Sometimes its really astonishing how others interpret your ideas and how they form a new song out of the raw-material!^^ But before you decide whether to keep them or to delete them, showcase your songs to some friends or even better to some people who are hostile to you and ask them for some feedback!^^ Maybe that they like the songs!^^ (sometimes we act as our biggest critics!)
An ample catalogue of songs is advantageous, the average number of songs in music galleries is about 20, I prefer galleries with not too many songs, because people seldom have enough time to listen to all songs!^^ My first music gallery had 27 songs (too much for my taste)m, my second one had 25 songs (still too much!, but a slight idea better!^^), my next music gallery will have about 16 songs!^^
So in the beginning I wouldn't delete any ideas as long as you don't have at least 10 songs!^^ A friend of mine has created a music hub for at least 30 songs, but had only composed 4 songs when he published it!^^ So he had a hub with lots of empty fields for songs!^^ He wanted to fill it step by step via updates, but no-one is really looking for updates if they are always only single tunes!^^ So his whole music hub has become a flop!^^ Its been a pity, but he better should have planned his project in another way!^^
